Shelby Ridge is a registered trainee who is eager to gain the experience needed in order to become a successful certified appraiser. She has earned an associate’s degree in administration with the goal of pursuing her bachelor’s in business administration. Shelby values the importance of attention to detail and time management. Having the opportunity to meet new people and being able to gain experience from various tasks are among some of her favorite aspects of her job. She always strives to learn new skills and take on new challenges.

Shelby has worked in the customer service industry for many years before joining The Adaero Group and has learned about real estate from various sources, from educational courses to family members who have worked in the industry. Outside of her job, she also values time spent with her husband and three kids, as well as friends and family. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time outdoors and traveling.
