Nancy Carson is a graduate of the University of Central Florida holding a B.S. in Business Administration with a major in Finance; she also attended the American Institute of Real Estate Appraisers where she earned the education required to become a State Certified Residential Appraiser and continues to take various courses annually to increase her knowledge and meet continuing education requirements. She has worked as an Appraiser for over 30 years and has the self-discipline to complete each work assignment timely and effectually.  

Nancy is highly experienced in appraising with an emphasis on single family, multi-family, condominium, vacant land, new construction, field reviews and high dollar properties in service areas ranging from suburban to rural locations. She is knowledgeable in the reading of blueprints, construction draw inspections and final completion inspections.  Nancy joined The Adaero Group family of appraisers in early 2016; her vast experience has positioned her as a expert in real estate valuation and a great resource for TAG appraisers, clients and local agents.  Nancy currently appraises in the counties of Wake, Harnett, Johnston, Franklin and Durham.

When not appraising you will likely find Nancy going on an adventure with her husband or on a UTV excursion.  She also loves spending lots of time with her two children and her sweet granddaughters.
