Joanna Flynn is a certified appraiser who joined The Adaero Group in 2017 following a career in residential real estate sales.  She is also a proud graduate of Meredith College, where she earned a B.S. in Accountancy.  From basic residential appraisals to complex appraisal reports for unique properties, Joanna is training on various degrees of analytical approaches to complete all types of appraisals. She worked under the guidance and mentorship of supervisor, state-certified appraiser, Justin Loeback honing her analysis and research skills, inspecting property and developing appraisal reports. 

Having a background in accountancy and real estate sales gives Joanna an edge in the appraisal industry.  She has recently completed her educational requirements and has become a Certified Residential Real Estate Appraiser in the Triangle Area of North Carolina.

Joanna is a native of North Carolina and the doting mother of a beautiful daughter who she devotes her life to.  When she is not appraising you will find her with her daughter, family and friends.
