Justin Vance is an accomplished appraiser who is highly experienced and regarded as an expert in residential real estate appraising in the Triangle and surrounding counties.  He has a vast education in appraising dating back to 1999 where he began his journey to become a Certified Real Estate Appraiser at the Real Estate Academy.  He is committed to furthering his education through various continuing education courses and seminars as well as staying current in trends and technology so he can deliver a quality product to his clients in a timely manner.  He was an original member of The Adaero Group starting alongside the founders in 2015 to build a company where everyone feels like family including the clients.

Justin specializes in appraising in Wake, Harnett and Johnston Counties and has a thorough understanding of the markets and property types.  He appraises various properties from simple to complex in areas from suburban to rural.  He offers his clients a broad range of appraisal and measurement services including single family properties, condominiums, townhomes, 2-4 unit residential properties, proposed construction, final and disaster inspections, 2055 exterior appraisals as well as pre-listing appraisals and interior/exterior home measurements.

When not in the field appraising you can find Justin and his wife with their young children cheering them on in their extracurricular activities or spending time with family and friends.
